1963 Mercedes-Benz 600 Pullman

This masterpiece from Autoart is one of the most detailed I have seen to date. Autoart claimed this model is made up of 429 separate metal and plastic parts, including photo-etched plates, metal wiring, screws and nuts. The actual length spans 13.5 inches and weighs 3.2 lbs. Some details of this replica are listed below:

- Engine hood with intricate metal hinge mechanism.
- Fabric privacy curtain.
- Genuine leather wrapped seats.
- Carpeted interior and trunk.
- Removable luggage set with spare wheel.
- Openable refrigerator with accessories.
- Metal chassis with detailed framework structure.

Making its debut at the Frankfurt International Motor Show in September 1963, the luxurious Mercedes-Benz 600 captured the world’s attention being the ride of various head of states, sheiks, royal families, and even the Pope. Made primarily to be driven by chauffeur, there are many variants available such as LWB/SWB/4-door/6-door/Landaulet/Nallinger&KHM Coupe and even Hearse. Comfort is assured through air suspension and hydraulic powered seats.

2003 Mini Cooper S

This special “S” is equipped with the optional kit, including R90 two-piece wheels made by BBS. The R90s are held together with titanium bolts that make the rims strong and light enough for track use. I personally think this is the best looking wheels for the car, period.

Made by Autoart, this Chili Red (BMW code 851, PPG code 701688) replica is the scale down version of the identical one featured in “The Italian Job”. Being driven like a Hummer in the movie by Mark Wahlberg, Jason Statham, and Charlize Theron, this has definitely made a statement for the strength of those R90s, not so sure about the cars, even with the beefed-up KONIs for the gold heist.

Specs:
- 16-valve, DOHC 1.6L Supercharged
- 163 horsepower, 155 lb-ft torque
- 0-60 mph in ~ 7.2 secs

2008 JCW Mini Cooper S

Introduced in 2007 at the Geneva International Automobile Salon, this Cooper S armed with John Cooper Works tuning kit is definitely the one to die for. Never underestimate the little 1.6L turbo (N14), this thing can be a sleeper without the aerodynamics packages, including some eye-catching exterior carbon fiber trims. After all, one can say this Mini has the BMW OooMPH.

Made by Kyosho and finished in what looked like Chili Red, this replica is only available through Mini dealership and will be a definite collectible.

Specs:
- 16-valve, DOHC 1.6L twin-scroll turbocharged
- 192 horsepower, 199 lb-ft torque
- 0-60 mph in ~ 6.5 secs

Lamborghini Countach

Born during the Ferrari Boxer era, this scissor-door Countach is designed by Marcello Gandini at Bertone. Twenty years after its initial debut at the 1971 Geneva Motorshow, the Countach ceased production in 1991, to make way for the predecessor Diablo. Badged as 5000S instead of LP 500S in Europe, the Countach had the unmistakable lines that reflected the Bertone styling. The only disruptions to those lines were the cooling vents, which were necessary to provide air to the engine since the earlier Countach tends to overheat.

Finished in what I believe is "Rosso Siviglia" as the paint code, this is a replica of the 1985 Countach 5000s made by Kyosho and the details are superb as expected.

Specs:
- 48-valve, 5.2L 60 degree V-12
- 455 horsepower, 369 lb-ft torque
- 0-60 mph in ~ 4.9 secs
