2003 Mini Cooper S

This special “S” is equipped with the optional kit, including R90 two-piece wheels made by BBS. The R90s are held together with titanium bolts that make the rims strong and light enough for track use. I personally think this is the best looking wheels for the car, period.

Made by Autoart, this Chili Red (BMW code 851, PPG code 701688) replica is the scale down version of the identical one featured in “The Italian Job”. Being driven like a Hummer in the movie by Mark Wahlberg, Jason Statham, and Charlize Theron, this has definitely made a statement for the strength of those R90s, not so sure about the cars, even with the beefed-up KONIs for the gold heist.

Specs:
- 16-valve, DOHC 1.6L Supercharged
- 163 horsepower, 155 lb-ft torque
- 0-60 mph in ~ 7.2 secs

2008 JCW Mini Cooper S

Introduced in 2007 at the Geneva International Automobile Salon, this Cooper S armed with John Cooper Works tuning kit is definitely the one to die for. Never underestimate the little 1.6L turbo (N14), this thing can be a sleeper without the aerodynamics packages, including some eye-catching exterior carbon fiber trims. After all, one can say this Mini has the BMW OooMPH.

Made by Kyosho and finished in what looked like Chili Red, this replica is only available through Mini dealership and will be a definite collectible.

Specs:
- 16-valve, DOHC 1.6L twin-scroll turbocharged
- 192 horsepower, 199 lb-ft torque
- 0-60 mph in ~ 6.5 secs
